The government rules your lives, they are meant to (to an extent).

But we all know they don't do there job. All of America is working with virtual wealth, they are scared that if you could see what wealth you actually had you wouldn't support them.

There are so many options, why pick the worst?

The IRS trial court, unlike any other court in the land, does NOT allow Supreme Ct rulings into evidence

The truth is there is no appropriately cited TAX law on unapportioned wages on the required Federal Registry

But you the tax payer are up against an ignorant jury!

Sometimes the jury sticks to its guns when the defense claims, "no law"; but most of the time the lame public jury goes with the government

Bottom line: The IRS is the biggest gun in the West - Do you feel lucky punk?

Title 26 says you must file a return if you have "gross income". Income is not defined in the Code. The Supreme Court has defined income as a gain or profit "derived" from certain "privileged" activities. The exercise of a natural right to work and provide for yourself and family is not a privilege. It is a natural right form which no lawful tax can be extracted. US Declaration of Independence

Income taxes are found in subtitle A of title 26 and are not used to fund Social Security. Google The Grace Commission Report. Social Security taxes are found in subtitle C of the code and are a separate tax. Further more SSI is voluntary within the 50 states. Uncle Sam cannot force you to buy insurance.

the supreme court said in 1894 the tzx was illegal because it was a direct tax but congess needed the money so they passed the ammendment and they couldn't even do that right. title 26 section 6012 says we have to make a return so what choice do we have? these bastards are not worth going to jail for.

OK say Paul gets elected and abolishes the irs and income tax. Here's what happens next:

1) The government illiminates UNEMPLOYMENT

2) Followed by WELFARE

3) proceeded by MEDICAID

4) finished off by social security.

And if you think they wouldn't do it out of sheer spite think again. The income tax may be illegal but if you don't file your income tax you do NOT qualify for social security. beating the irs is as self defeating as satisfying a woman. giving in is just easier.
