Yes in fact I met Mrs. Wanda Toscanini in Milan and she told me, Valodja played always TRAUMEREI dedicated to their daughter Sonia, who commited suicide in Geneva (Switzerland) at age of 40 yrs. Horowitz suffered a lot of course.

Horowitz didn't play for 12 years!! There is a very interesting video "VLADIMIR HOROWITZ - A REMINISCENCE": his wife Mrs. Wanda Toscanini talks about her difficult life with Horowitz ... I recommend you that video!!! Can find it on e mule.
