are you serious? you need to lay off the weed and pick up a history book, it was JFK who sent the first US troops into Vietnam, Green Berets. US State Dept and CIA employees had been in country since 1950 as advisors, but JFK sent the first troops in.

Secondly you obviously have no concept of balistics, watch it frame by frame, you can clearly see the exit wound develope in his forehead between frames 313 and 317. entrance wounds are always smaller than exit wounds, trust me on this.

The Driver did not shoot him. It was edited and if looks fake if you keep looking at it. The FBI confiscated the tape for over a decade and then release it. Think people think.
