All these mistakes can be easily explained - everything happened in the Matrix where the laws of nature in fact does not exist. So, it means that the matrix programmer was a noob. :)

Hehehe, I saw this other video which had a few that you didn't have but you have a few he/she didnt have.

When neo is climbing along the building and drops his phone, you see the crowd, then in the next shot they dissapear.

When morpheus is explaining the matrix to neo his glasses switch from mirrored to shades.
