Nice filming; but historical crap like so much of Gibson's stuff re British history.

The British were outnumbered more than 2:1 in this battle yet still took the field. This clip is a total myth.

Sad thing is that some no-brainers here think that this Hollywood stuff is real history.

well because of the poor guns back then, u have to fight like this, and besides, not all battles were fought like this,

18th century warfare. Just horribly idiotic. March until you are 100 yards from enemy while under cannon fire. Fire your inaccurate musket and hope it is even near the enemy, get shot by enemy, reload and fire back if you are still alive. All the while the general sits back an enjoys the view.

Might as well have charged with freaking sword, at least then you had a better chance of surviving and killing the enemy.
Maybe even use Roman testudo kind of tactic.
