Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they got back together. As for Cornell's solo stuff, some of it hasn't exactly been up to par lately. He should have stuck with Audioslave.

They are finished as a band, I can't believe how bad the album was, really boring and rushed songs, about as bland as it gets.

Audioslave = Washed Up.

And don't even get me started on drug addict Chris Cornell's solo stuff, he has become the male version of Pink.
